In the event of rain on the day of your scheduled trail night or forecasted during our normal open hours, we will decide on cancellation 1-4 hours before opening. Safety is our primary concern, as rainy conditions can make the trail slippery and unsafe in some areas. If we decide to cancel the entire event, we will honor your ticket for another night. If we have to cancel specific time slots for an event, we will promptly send out an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. If your night or time slot is canceled and you prefer a refund instead of attending on a different night, simply request a refund through the "Contact Us" form on the homepage.

The family trail is open from 5pm to 6pm, while the scary trail operates from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The family trail is recommended for younger audiences and for those who prefer a less scary experience.

Josh and his team start setting up the Halloween trail during the first week of October and continue until opening. They begin work on the Christmas trail in early November, quickly setting everything up by December. To prepare for Christmas, they first take down the Halloween trail, which takes just 3-4 days. Josh works year round with all the behind the scenes stuff to prepare for the busy trail season.
